12月5日 Presenting---A Warm Puppy, or twoA friend joined me for puppy therapy tonight. I'm the one in the colorful scarf holding the black chihuahua and she's in red holding the beagle. Happiness is a Warm Puppy.Time for another entry.
One hour's sleep. That's all I want right now. Just an hour. One glorious hour power nap.
That also happens to be the amount of sleep I got last night. A single, measly hour.
I was put on new meds last week that are really messing up my system. Which I believe is why I hardly slept last night.
And now just found out that my partner-in-crime co-worker just put in her notice. I'd ask if this day could get any worse but I know it could and I don't want to tempt fate at this point.
*Cleansing Breaths* Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I'm going to the mall for puppy therapy tonight. One of my insureds works at the pet store and will let me hold just about anything as long as the store is slow. One of the other employees knows me well enough to let me do this too. I just ask if there are any animals that need a hug and something get pushed into my arms shortly thereafter.
Charles Schultz was right. Happiness is a warm puppy.
